Gentler Streak Update Introduces Sleep Analysis and Insights Features, Redesigned Wellbeing Section

Gentler Streak has been updated with new sleep tracking features. With its latest update the app has added support for Sleep Analysis and Sleep Insights, while the Wellbeing tab on the iOS app has been revamped, with distinct sections for Health and Body Metrics.
