iOS 18, iPadOS 18 Developer Beta Users Can Now Format External Drives Via Files App

One feature which Apple did not advertise and has gone under the radar is the ability to format external drives via the Files app. With iOS 18 and iPadOS 18, iPhone and iPad users can format externally connected drives within the files app, with an added option to choose from three different formats.
