Huobi Exchange Seeks Licence in Hong Kong, Its Native HT Token Surges Overnight

Huobi is seeking relevant licences in Hong Kong to provide its services to retail investors. The exchange has reached out to the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) as part of its registration process.
