Elon Musk has been warned by EU industry chief Thierry Breton that Twitter could face a ban in the region unless he abides by its strict rules on content moderation. The checklist of rules includes ditching an "arbitrary" approach to reinstating banned users and agreeing to an "extensive independent audit" of Twitter by next year.
