US Occupational Health and Safety Administration (OSHA) investigators are probing the death of an Amazon worker, along with an injury that potentially led to the death of another employee. The US work-safety regulator is already probing a fatality during the company's annual Prime Day shopping event in mid-July, and all three deaths occurred within the past month.
