Apple was sued by French app developers Société du Figaro, L'Équipe 24/24 and Le Geste for violating US antitrust law by overcharging them to use its app store. The plaintiffs accused that California-based Apple charged 30 percent commissions for 14 years, as well as $99 annual fees to app developers.
