YouTube Shorts Expands to Web and Tablets, Creators Can Now Remix YouTube Videos

Google is rolling out new features for YouTube Shorts. The search giant is bringing the Shorts shelf to tablets and the Web over the next few weeks. Additionally, it is allowing creators to include a short video segment from another user’s YouTube video or Shorts video when creating new Shorts content.
