Google Health App Tipped to Be in the Works, May Help Integrate Medical Records on a Unified Platform

Google Health app is reported to be under development. Its screenshots have leaked online and they suggest the app is in early testing phase. There is no clarity on whether the app will be commercially launched or not. If it does, the app should go live on Android platform first.
