Bitcoin, Dogecoin Gain After Musk's Tweets, But Will There Be Another Bull Run?

After a tweet from Tesla CEO Elon Musk, Bitcoin looks to be headed up again, but a second bull run like the one we saw in April looks unlikely. In April, it had reached a value of nearly $65,000, but then in May traded for $30,000. Today, it's back up to just cross the $40,000 mark.
