Lawmakers Urge US to Further Tighten Restrictions on Chinese Chipmaker SMIC

Two Republican lawmakers, Senator Marco Rubio and Representative Michael McCaul, have asked the US government to further tighten restrictions on Chinese chipmaker SMIC to stop it from accessing US technology.
