Google is said to be preparing to challenge an order by the Competition Commission of India's (CCI) in the Supreme Court, days after the NCLAT turned down its request to block the ruling by the antitrust watchdog. The firm has also alleged in its filings that the CCI's investigation unit copied parts of a European 2018 ruling against the company.
